As a project-based learning/interdisciplinary school, we provide students with valuable real-world experiences to foster critical thinking skills and depth across a wide range of disciplines, preparing them for success in high school and beyond. Starting in Pre-K and continuing through the Upper School, we use a hands-on/interactive approach to learning that builds creativity, conceptual understanding, and communication skills. EPS students are encouraged to innovate, collaborate, and take risks, empowering them to take on new challenges.

Through the cultivation of self-awareness, flexibility and collaboration, EPS helps students to become informed and engaged citizens of the world. Today’s students need to have the ability to work with groups of diverse individuals, who may have perspectives and experiences different than their own. This skill cannot be taught; it must be cultivated through experiences. EPS provides an educational experience that is very international in scope, with a student body that represents 20+ different nationalities and a globally minded curriculum. We urge our students to share their viewpoints and develop personal values, while respecting those of others.
